How does the call actually work?

At your scheduled time, we talk by phone, just you and me for 45 focused minutes. No video, no software to set up. Your confirmation has everything you need to connect.

What if I haven't bought a property yet, or haven't finished reading?

That's exactly who this is for. You don't need to own anything or have it all figured out first. We start right where you are and map your first move from there.

What happens after I book?

You’ll get a confirmation email with your call time and everything you need. When the day comes, we talk by phone, and you leave with a clear next step.

What if I have questions after the call?

You've got me for 30 days after we talk. Reach out by email or DM whenever something comes up, so you're never left guessing on your own.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, and I get it. I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice when you can, and no less than 2 hours as a courtesy, so we can both plan around it. You can reschedule right from your confirmation email.

What's your refund policy?

Because this is dedicated one-on-one time reserved just for you, all bookings are final and non-refundable. If something comes up, reschedule using the window above and we'll find a new time that works.
